Pre- Listing Services Consultation $150/hour
Whether it's walking the entire home, or simply a few problem areas, this is a great option for a seller at any price point! One of our qualified staging professionals will come to the house to help get it market ready. From furniture placement, to decluttering, to curb appeal - we study every aspect of the home and leave sellers, and agents, with a clear vision of what is needed and how to make it happen. This will include a detailed document of Designologys recommendations following the consultation.
Occupied Home Staging Consultation $150/hour
This is a great option for sellers or agents who need some additional help getting the house photo and showing ready! Following the consultation, a time and date will be scheduled for the home staging. We will send in a staging/design professional to go room by room and make sure your house is at its best. Creating a seamless flow through proper furniture placement, packing away unneeded clutter and by providing a clear design goal for the home. These are just a few of the services offered during an occupied stage. This will include a detailed document of Designologys recommendations following the consultation.
Vacant Home Staging Walk Through
This staging option provides on trend furniture and accessories to add charm and warmth to an empty home. Pricing is based upon the number of rooms to be staged, level of design and the size of house - and includes delivery, set up, tear down and removal of all furniture and accessories. A quote will be provided after the consultation.
Standard Interior Decorating $125/hour
This option is best suited for a homeowner who’s in need of additional help bringing the spaces of their home together, or just a few finally touches. Designer will provide guidance and source pieces for the clients new home. This service is an hourly rate of $125/hr.
