Following the consultation, you will receive a detailed document outlining Designology’s personalized recommendations and actionable steps to help get your home market-ready.
If the client chooses to move forward with home staging through Designology, the cost of the Pre-Listing Consultation will be credited toward the staging investment.
Occupied Home Staging Consultation $250/hour
Our Occupied Home Staging Consultation is a great option for sellers and real estate agents who need additional guidance preparing an occupied home for professional photography, showings, and potential buyers.
Following the consultation, we will schedule a time and date for your staging appointment. A Designology staging and design professional will work room by room to ensure your home is presented at its very best. Our goal is to create a seamless and inviting flow throughout the home through strategic furniture placement, decluttering, organization, and thoughtful design recommendations.
During the appointment, we will help identify items that can be packed away, reposition existing furnishings and décor, and provide clear recommendations to enhance each space and create a cohesive design vision throughout the home.
Following the consultation, you will receive a detailed document outlining Designology’s personalized recommendations and actionable steps for preparing your home for the market.

Vacant Home Staging Walk Through
Our Vacant Home Staging Walk-Through is designed to help determine the best staging approach for your property and create a customized plan to showcase its full potential.
We provide on-trend furniture, accessories, artwork, and décor to bring warmth, character, and visual appeal to an empty home. Our professional staging is thoughtfully designed to highlight each space, create a cohesive flow throughout the property, and help potential buyers envision themselves living there.
Pricing is customized based on the number of rooms being staged, the level of design required, and the overall size of the home. Staging services include delivery, professional installation and setup, tear-down, and removal of all Designology furniture and accessories.
Following the walk-through, a customized staging proposal and quote will be provided.
Standard Interior Decorating $200/hour
Our Standard Interior Decorating service is ideal for homeowners who need professional guidance bringing their spaces together or adding those final touches that make a house feel complete and cohesive.
Whether you are furnishing a new home, refreshing an existing space, or simply need help creating a more polished look, our designer will work with you to develop a clear vision for your space. We provide personalized design guidance and source furniture, décor, accessories, and other pieces that complement your style, needs, and budget.
